I participated on the 2021 edition of the MSI Creators Awards. The film was selected from almost 5k submissions as a finalist in the 3D creations category.
The idea was to establish a connection between the history of technology and arts: from ancient sculptures to avant-garde action painting, from cad, pixel art or engineering to painting in the air inside virtual reality.
All these examples attest to the progress and achievements mankind has made combining art with technology.
The film revolves around the design process of the Prestige Series PC. A great tool for content creation that today can be used to achieve advanced artistic creations with the same methods depicted in the film. It’s a hardware that can be used to sculpt in Zbrush or paint in Photoshop, sustain the most complex operations from Cad or painting in VR.
A true testament to The Leap in technology helping to achieve aesthetics.
