Lights of Sant Pau
For the 2023 edition of the Christmas Garden “Els Llums de Sant Pau”, Proactiv Entertainment tasked me with creating a projection mapping to bring the splendid building facade and entrance to life.
Els Llums de Sant Pau transformed the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site into the true epicenter of Barcelona’s Christmas lights.
The creative director of the project at Proactiv Entertainment, Hector Sanchez curated ideas for the scenes that anticipated what the guests would experienced inside the attraction featuring a polar bear, a train full of gifts, and a winter landscape, all seamlessly integrated with the park’s festive ambiance. Despite the tight timeline, I managed to complete two partially started scenes (the clock and the candy cane world) and crafted five additional ones, resulting in a vibrant and playful show.

Working swiftly and efficiently, I ensured that the speed of execution did not compromise the quality of the visuals. Additionally, I crafted sound design and light animations to complement the narrative and timings. The result was a captivating three-minute audiovisual that will run continuously in a loop every night from November 21, 2023, to January 14, 2024.

Light Animation
I had the pleasure of being able to design the Light animation to decorate the side walls of the building.
This was done through a simple strip of colors that was later mapped to the lights fixtures placed by the awesome technical team.
